Today is not an exciting one but it amazes me that I have never done it before.
I cooked a meal with Lentils.
This is surprising because, contrary to many other people, I actually quite like Lentils. I had to do another easy one because I am STILL working on that puzzle. I feel like this will never end. But it has to, because the puzzle is still occuping my desk and if my desk is occupied, there are so many other things I can't do.
Because of this circumstance I decided to go home early today to finish that blasted thing. After that I am out for dinner. At a very special place. More about that tomorrow!
